Angel Marie "Haunted" Doll from San
Fernando Cathedral, San Antonio, TX

Historical Background:

San Fernando Cathedral, the oldest church in Texas, is a stunning example of Gothic Revival architecture. Known for its El Mariachi Mass on Sundays, the cathedral is steeped in myth and history. During renovations in 1936, construction workers unearthed bones, nails, and tattered military uniforms near the altar, believed by some to belong to three soldiers of the Alamo. Since then, visitors have reported sightings of shadowy figures, orbs in photographs, and ghostly apparitions, including a man dressed in black and hooded, monk-like figures.

Angel Marie shared her heartfelt story with the medium. She revealed that her father had died in the war and was buried near the San Fernando Cathedral, where they often attended services together. She cherished the beauty of the church and loved hearing her father's stories about it, as he was very devoted. Tragically, Angel Marie fell ill and passed away, awakening in the church, hoping to see her father there. She expressed her sadness when he was not present and shared that her father named her "Angel" because she was his angel sent from heaven.
